Upgrade
[Scepter] Gem Star Promotion
Gem Star Promotion can be found in the bottom right corner of screen in [Crown] > [Scepter] > [Gem Upgrade > [Gem Promotion].
Gems can be Star Promoted up to 11 Stars, and Star Rating Options can be acquired on Star Promotions.
Star Rating Options increase the higher the Gem Star Rating.
