As of August 25th, the issue of not being able to collect Tome of Emperor has been resolved.
We would like to compensate those experienced the issue with the item below for the inconvenience you experienced.
■ Detailed Information on Compensation ■
- Reward Period: after September 5th 16:30 ~ September 8th 16:29 in 2023 (Game Server Time)
- Reward Target: Warriors who experienced the issue
- How to claim rewards: Sent to [Mail]
- Reward Contents: EXP Capsule (Lv.100)
* Only those who experienced the issue or influenced by the issue will be available for the compensation.
* It may be difficult for us to provide additional assistance in situations where you did not log in and claim the items within the period, so please make sure to claim the attached rewards in time.
* Please note that some items are time limited items. Once expired, it cannot be used. So, please use it before the time expired.
Once again, we apologize to the warriors who experienced inconvenience this may have caused.
