As of September 20th, the issues of not being able to collect Spirit Jewel and Pet Fruit have been resolved.
We would like to compensate those experienced the issue with the item below for the inconvenience you experienced.

- Reward Target: Warriors who experienced the issue
- Reward Period: after September 22nd 09:10 ~ September 25th 09:09 (Game Server Time)
- How to claim rewards: Sent to [Mail]
- Reward Contents: EXP Capsule (Lv.100)
[Issue on Pet Fruit]
- Reward Target: Warriors who experienced the issue
- Reward Period: after September 21st 17:10 ~ Until claimed (Game Server Time)
- How to claim rewards: Sent to [Mail]
- Reward Contents: Number of each warrior defeated Solo BOSS x Basic Pet Fruit x2, Intermediate Pet Fruit x1
* Only those who experienced the issue or influenced by the issue will be available for the compensation.
* It may be difficult for us to provide additional assistance in situations where you did not log in and claim the items within the period, so please make sure to claim the attached rewards in time.
* Please note that some items are time limited items. Once expired, it cannot be used. So, please use it before the time expired.
Once again, we apologize to the warriors who experienced inconvenience this may have caused.

We would like to inform some Warriors may experience difficulties in collecting Spirit Jewel and Pet Fruit after defeating the Solo BOSS.
The issues are currently under investigation and once the causes are found, we shall fix them as soon as possible.
Any further actions regarding the issues will be updated through the current notice.
